Simply the Best!!!

I recently had to make a claim for our Rottweiller Tyson after he had not one but two accidents, after our Vets Sandhole Vetrinary Centre, Snodland. Kent advised of investigations required including X-rays I called Vets Medicover who put me onto the insurance underwriters WhiteHorse, a lady who was from the very onset professional, taking all details of injury etc. and very sympathetic of Tyson's pain and lameness, it was refreshing because I had over the years heard nightmare stories of pet owners when trying to claim the way in which dealt with and spoken to, Tesco and Direct Line both mentioned in a negative manner. Having never claimed before for a pet it was all new to me but I am so grateful to this advisor of Whitehorse Insurance for VETSMEDICOVER and Verity I think practice Manager for Sandhole Vetrinary centre, Snodland. Kent, Between them a direct payment was set up, I could now concentrate on Tyson and his treatment and recovery , he was referred to Fitzpatrick Refferals Centre, Surrey but again no concerns as our wonderful vet and practice manager at Sandhole vets dealt with any invoiced costs.
Tyson after intensive surgery is still in recovery but because of VETSMEDICOVER It has been an stress free administration process .
I would highly recommend VETSMEDICOVER as a preferred pet insurance provider, for anyone who loves and 'really' cares about their pets. I had pet insurance previously via my Bank but with continuous higher monthly payments, even though no claims made, I decided to look for a more reasonably priced insurance and went on Go Compare clicking Pet Insurance, I was amazed that a £10,000 per year claim, was indeed £21.50 a month cheaper! I read and read again the Terms & conditions and any flaws in the insurance, none found so I cancelled my current overpriced insurance and joined VETSMEDICOVER and I will not look back, Simply the best, better than all the rest! Already some 4 or 5 friends and colleagues have changed to VETSMEDICOVER which I have no concerns over as said a professional , caring and nothing's too much trouble company!
