Have paid my Premiums since I got my dog, not cheap probably one of the more expensive Pet Insurance Companies so expected a Premium Service. That has been an utter Joke came to claim for Vet Bill in early September contacted them to be told they hadn't received the forms, sent a second set to them, contacted them again to be told that they hadn't received the forms yet again.

On the basis of their performance with this claim they don't deserve one star and as for Insurance providing peace of mind maybe they qualify for negative stars, can the review centre accomodate this.
