Wow, i must have been a lucky one. My dog was diagnosed with meningitis at 7 months old. Since then we've had over £4, 500 of claims - a large chuck for diagnostics and then on going costs each month. My policy renewed at the end of last month and i was worried! Well, the excess is the same, no % imposed, £10k vet fees limit reinstated for the next year (which is important as hers is a lifelong condition) adn the best news....my premium went up £6 over the whole year. I pay less than half of what i do on pet plan for my other dog (same breed, same age) and have been delighted KCHP. Vets and specialists are happy to accepts payment direct from the insurer as they say KCHP pay promptly.
