My cat took ill paid myself then had to take him back again he was very I'll so had to have him put to sleep
I had to pay the night shift vets separate then the vets needed paying for the days he was in I phoned tesco they were quick at sending out the forms and paying myself and the vets took about 3weeks and that was with Christmas in between they also sent their condolences with the cheque made me feel like they cared found the helpline lady very helpful
