Not so bad.

After reading the reviews I was very worried about getting anything back at all. My pug puppy max who is 18month old was diagnosed with a serious meningitis type brain disease common to his breed and age. I have spent £5200 out of my own money to pay for brain scans, keemo drugs, steroids etc. the best news is max is doing really well and getting back to his normal self. The other good news is after around 25 working days £3450 has been paid direct into my bank no questions. With the balance coming up to be assessed in the next few days. So alls well and ends well. I have been lucky enough to be able to afford to pay them but I can understand how people may feel the additional pressure after waiting so long for large chunks of money. The industry probably needs a good kick up the rear to make sure payment are made within ten days or something. I can't understand why it takes so long in clear cut cases. Hope everyone else gets sorted and let's hope pet protect go on to get a better name for themselves. Thanks Chris
