Dishonest & misleading!!

They cover nothing that a pet owner needs and lie about it! I covered 2 old cats 3 years ago and had a long conversation with their rep about what older cats need with regards to insurance. The rep advised me to take out this particular policy, however when I came to claim having paid out £500 plus my claim was turned down. My 16 year old moggy always chews grass and ends up sick, this time it left her with a cough so to be safe I took her to the vet, she had investigations, antibiotics blood tests etc, they also found kidney problems, not unusual in an elderly cat. PP have refused everything, they don't cover coughs or kidneys??? I have paid them in good faith every month. They have a Facebook page which up until a couple of days ago had a large number of very negative comments and policy holder conversations all similar to my issue, I have just looked on there and they have removed them all which is cowardly to say the least, although new negative comments are already taking the place of the old ones. They are a disgrace and playing on peoples love of their pets. Stay away from them at all costs.
