Cheap premiums but unfortunately you get what you pay for. They refused to pay for the majority of our claim for very spurious reasons for what should have been a relatively straight forward visit to the vet. They will only pay for investigations if they give a positive result even if the investigation was justified. If you put in a complaint, they do not give you the opotunity to explain your complaint, the simply conduct a "review" of your case, then refuse the claim again. They have very unhelpful and rude customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.
