After many phone calls to a number of different customer service advisers who all promised me my enquiry would be dealt with ,my claim was after 4 weeks closed and payment made , only because one lady on the custermer service team made the effort to chase my claim and get it closed .without her help I am sure it would have taken even longer.

In saying this I have been with Pet Plan for 13years and have made numerous claim which all have been settled within two weeks and have never had any problems with any of the claims I have made
