After an anxious time after my cat required open abdominal surgery to remove a foreign body he'd eaten and an unexpected £1400 vet bill I am pleased to say that there were no quibbles about settlement and the funds had been reimbursed within a week of posting the claim form. An excellent and most appreciated service at a most stressful time.
