I have tried various pet insurances in my time but none as good as Petplan. You can get cheaper insurance plans but they often cover an item for a year and never again which is useless if you have an ongoing condition like arthritis. Petplan renews the allowance yearly so I always know I am covered regardless of how long the condition lasts.. You don't appreciate the value of this until you need it! I like the fact that there is an easy no quibble claims process and I know my vet appreciates it too. I won't change from Petplan as they are tried and tested policy providers who I trust to be there when they are needed. I won't risk my pet's welfare by changing.
