Excellent customer service.. For 4 years my dog has suffered from a variety of conditions meaning many trips to the vets and ongoing medication. My claims have always been settled quickly, with no fuss, no bother. My monthly payments are expensive but peace of mind is more important where Cracker is concerned. Blind, deaf, a heart murmur and vestibular episodes, but he's still happy, and still the nicest dog ever. He deserves the best. At 14 and a half years old I need to have the best and most reliable insurance cover. Pet Plan gives me that. Thank you.
