Our dog became ill on a Sunday and needed emergency treatment from a different vet to normal. Completed refund form and within two weeks expected amount claimed was refunded. Peace of mind cannot be underestimated. Dog needs treatment we go to vets knowing all we will need to find is the excess. Many thanks.
