Despite it being a complicated claim because the treatment was not provided by our usual vet, once the claim had been completed by the vet doing the treatment it was paid in full within a few days. The helpline provided all of the information I needed to get the paperwork done correctly, and once submitted it was paid within a week. Petplan is not the cheapest option, but I am glad I chose it.
