Good service from Pet Plan, paid with BACS within 2 days of receiving claim form. Only downside was lack of communication on the part of Pet Plan when my claim when astray in the post and Pet Plan did not respond to my emails. However, vets sent claim again by email. I would recommend all customers to send in their claims via email.
