This is our second year with Petplan and I have to say I'm a happy customer. Overall I would have liked for my insurance to cover veterinary food as well, which my dog is taking. Apart from that, the claims (and I've had at least 6 or 7 due to my dog's poor stomach) have always been paid with no additional questions asked or issues. I will continue using Petplan as my insurer, but will try and add my dog's food as well.
