I used Petplan because I was always happy with them in the past . Unfortunately I have had to make a claim and have been very disappointed with the service. It has taken a long time to settle, I made three phone calls(two of which were dealt with pleasantly, the other one not so pleasantly)as I was not kept informed of the delay.
