Never a Quibble

I have been with pet plan for over 20 years and in that time I have found them to be helpful and never quibble about a claim I am submitting on behalf of my pets.
Some of my animals have had ongoing health problems and without pet plan I would not have been able to give them the care and attention that they needed.
The service is slightly more expensive than other insurances but I have always believed that you only get what you pay for and this is certainly the case with pet plan.
Claims are paid in a timely manner and as long as I submit all the appropriate paperwork I have never had a problem. They recently introduced paying direct into my bank and this makes it so much easier as I don't even have to take a cheque to the bank now to pay it in. I get an email advising that the claim has been paid and the money is there in the bank.
I will be staying with pet plan as I have my dogs covered for life to ensure that they have the best life they can.
