We suffered a completely unexpected and horrid surprise with our much loved Border Terrier when routine dental maintenance turned into a major operation to deal with dental lesions and a number of extractions.

The expense was substantial and very unwelcome despite the excellent attention and caring treatment from our vet.

We duly submitted our first ever claim to PetPlan which, happily, was processed and accepted very promptly and efficiently without fuss or prevarication. This represents quite a contrast to the usual stories about insurance claims and we hasten to express real appreciation to all at PetPlan for their help.

It would have been reassuring to read more comments like this when we were choosing pet insurance originally, but in the event we do now feel that our choice of PetPlan has been justified.

Meanwhile our little friend is fully recovered and enjoying her food again.
