My vet submitted a claim for my dog so I didn't have the hassle of doing it.
Operation was performed February. This first and major bill was paid very promptly and I could track payment on e mail.
Unfortunately only now have I received the final instalment. I had to phone vet several times to check they'd sent invoice and they said they had.
Although I informed Pet plan the claim was not complete, in between something went wrong when a second part of the claim was made . This resulted in delayed payment .
altogether though pretty good service.
Phone service when I phoned Petplan was always polite and helpful.
