Couldn't ask for more

You hear horror stories about insurance companies taking any opportunity to avoid paying claims, but on this occasion PetPlan most certainly kept their side of the arrangement and paid the claim without fuss or query. It is the first time I have ever made a claim on any insurance policy and it came at a time of considerable concern and anxiety about our furry friend. PetPlan may not be the cheapest, and don't claim to be, but I remember the saying that 'cheap insurance is expensive' (when you have cause to make a claim and the insurance company looks for ways to avoid paying out). Based on first hand experience of the excellent and efficient service that we received from PetPlan I would recommend that you consider more than just the amount of the monthly premium when taking out pet insurance.

For the sake of our furry friend I hope that we are never in a position to need to make further claims but it is reassuring to know that PetPlan have proven that they will come to our aid if needed.
