As soon as my vet told me that Thaika required surgery I phoned yourselves and asked for a claim form which I was told would be sent out immediately - and it was. Myself and the vet completed and sent off the form and within 3 weeks you have settled my claim. I am very impressed with your professionalism and the speed of pay out. You took the cash worry out of a stressful time for my family. I am so glad I picked your company for Thaika's insurance which when required came up trumps. Truely WOWED
