Simple to fill out the form. It is always processed quickly and the money is paid straight into my bank account. Although the monthly premium is higher than other companies for a similar product there has never been any issues with claiming for any problems our pets have had. I would definite recommend this to anyone looking for pet insurance. It completely takes away the worry of bills when your pet is ill. Thank you Pet Plan
