After my dog hurt himself, I went to the vets. I was told he would need an x-ray under anaesthetic. This revealed that he had torn a ligament in his knee. I filled in the claim form and left it at the vets. The next thing my claim has been paid straight into my account with no hassle and good wishes to my dog for a quick recovery. An excellent service which I highly recommend.
I like the fact that the claim is settled quickly and the payment is straight into your account. No carrying cheques around and forgetting to pay them in.
I am happy to know that if my dog needs further treatment, Petplan will be there to help.
