We've had Grace insured with PetPlan for all her 13 years, and have just this month needed to call on the policy.

Grace was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism - (caused by a benign tumor on teh thyroid gland and over-dosing thyroid hormone)

As soon as our Veterinary Surgeon had diagnosed the likely problem, approval from Pet Plan was given within hours - for a full analysis and testing, and only days later, when the etsts confirmed hyperthyroidism was present, Petplan gave the go-ahead for immediate Radio-ioodine treatment (a simple descrition would be 'injected radio-therapy).

At every stage of the process Pet Plan have been helpful, prompt courteous and understanding - and their speed of service has doubtless contributed to a successful outcome - Grace successfully came through the treatment.
