It is always stressful when a pet gets ill, especially with an emergency room visit. Our claim was paid within a week of the visit, no questions, no hassle. And Jinx is better now. I would recommend that everyone get Petplan for those times - don't leave it to chance. Well worth the monthly payment for peace of mind and help when it is most needed.
