Been with Petplan just a few months when our dog (5 years old) was diagnosed with cancer and required surgery to remove 4 lumps. This was our 1st claim having just changed insurance company. The claim form was easy to understand, with clear directions, which in our case required us to submit a full history covering our dogs previous visits to the vets.

Our claim was support by a note from our superb vets (Companion Care - Andover) who had already asked for the previous vets notes when we initially transferred to them 2 years ago. Pet Plan paid up immediately a 4 figure sum, no questions asked and deposited the money straight in our bank account. First class service, with tracking of our claim on line and an email notifying us the claim had been settled.
