I have had life pet insurance since my dog was a puppy, now 12 1/2 years old. Sadly she has been ill for the last 5 years with an on-going medical condition. Pet Plan Insurance has been wonderful with help and considerate staff; claims always being paid promptly, what more could I ask for. I have made recommendations to friends and they have all been equally pleased with the service offered and given.

Now being able to have claims paid electronically is another good innovation and means I didn't have to find time too go to the bank and pay a cheque in - living in a very rural location this was always a hassle.

I now have both my dogs insured with Pet Plan and would not consider going to another company.
