Despite having two claim streams to cope with, pet plan managed to keep both of our sets of vets paid and ourselves very happy as they paid direct to the vet and we had to do very little except sign the claim forms and pay the excess.
Although our claim will likely exceed the annual limit we are leaving it to Pet Plan to let us know when that happens and anticipate no problems about settling with the vet directly for the remainder.
Knowing that the insurance company and vet are working together took some stress out of what could have been a very difficult situation.
