Our whole experience of petplan for our puppy Ruby was exceptional. No problems, and very professional and helpful throughout. They knew that we were extremely upset and concerned about our poor little doggie and kept the intrusion basic and helpful. THey dealt direct with the veterinary surgeons office which was helpful and would recommend Petplan to anyone who is thinking of insuring their family pets.
