Increased premiums by 17% then when I said we were looking at getting another cheaper plan offered a cheaper variant but with annual check ups for the cats teeth?(this added to the premiums was more than the original plan. Cancelled within the 14 day "cooling off period" they ignored emails, and then when I rang to cancel and they tried to tell me that by switching to PDSA no other insurance would touch my animal again?
They are expensive, and judging by this sort of service you would probably get problems with their service or paying up!!!
PDSA are a well known animal charity, and 25% of the premium goes towards free treatment of animals at their Hospitals and by their vets. i do not take kindly to being threatened, and will not use this company ever again! perhaps the Cats Protection League should think about this as well?
