Without Petplan I would have been considerably poorer !! My pooch after 8 years of great health got hit with athritis, Petplan paid out immediately, then diagnosed with Cushings disease, Petplan paid out the full £4000, and then he had a paralsed larynx, which required a major op and again Paypal paid out the full £4000.

Not on one single occasion did Paypal query anything, let alone withhold payment. When I have spoken to them they have been incredibly polite and helpful. They charge an excess on each condition but when my vet said a previous vet had mis-diagnosed bronchitis and infact it was part of the cushings disease, Petplan refunded the excess without question.

My vet has said they are streets ahead of the others and the only ones they don't have hassle with.

VERY highly recommended, can't rate them highly enough !
