I have 4 cats insured with More Than but they are now refusing to pay for a claim. I have 12 months cover, but they are only covering me for 6 months as apparently I predicted the illness of my cat 6 months before the vet diagnosed it! Even the vets have written to More Than, they are not interested and still refusing to pay out! So 12 months cover, does not mean 12 months cover!
