My policy came into effect on the same day that my pet dog had to be rushed to the vets as an emergency having been sick and diarrhoea overnight. It was then that I was advised that any illness or injury suffered in the first 14 days after the inception of the policy was not covered. So, if you want to pay for 52 weeks of insurance but only get 50 weeks of coverage then this is the policy for you! I want to give it no stars but think I shall have to give it one. Really it is no stars....
