They rip you off and with bad customer service too. They get u initually with a fairly priced cover but beware they increase premiums dramatically each year with increased excess. I started at £18 a month with no excess within 6 years I was paying £75 a month with £90 a month excess. After paying them for 8 years I needed to make a claim to discover they "changed terms & conditions" so I'm suddenly only covered for £1, 000 a year (with £90 excess). I would have been better off having never had insurance and just saved money. They are rude & insensitive on the phone,I am appalled. M&S should be ashamed the way they treat & rip customers off.
