If you are unlucky enough that your pet is unwell and you have to make a claim, they will pay up but then hike your premiums up and up until you can no longer afford to give your pet the care you thought you were assuring him of.

I've just had my renewal through for 2013 and it is £160, a 50% increase from last year. My dog is just 7 years old!

I am absolutely astounded that M&S and their underwriters Royal Sun Alliance are getting away with this.

Please for the sake of your pets, your peace of mind and your bank balance DO NOT even contemplate going with M&S.
