After several emails chasing up they have now stated that the claim is agreed, but I will need to wait for payment , as claims are dealt with in date order. Six weeks later still chasing them..... They may be the cheapest, but paying any premium if they do not pay out is a waste of money. Though they were very quick to place exclusions on cover after my dog was diagnosed with a heart condition. Avoid.
