They take the money & run

I have just cancelled my policy with this company, I eventually had to telephone to get assurance that policy was cancelled as no reply was forthcoming to the original email.
Claim made for minor op on paw, claim refused as there was an 'exclusion' regarding skin conditions where he scratched his tummy on bracken a few years ago (this is classed as a skin condition) so exclusion was placed back then. To cap it all today I received another letter with exclusions on Back, Pelvis and Spine. This is because I made a claim for a cyst on his paw!!!
Don't touch this company - they are rude, unreliable and will only ever pay one claim, then start with the exclusions.
I have now insured with Petplan who are pleasant, agreeable and my dog is covered now, even at nearly 10 years old.

Please don't go anywhere near this company. You will be wasting your money. Look them up on any pet insurance review site and you will see complaint after complaint. I wish I had seen these before I ever signed up with them.
