Key Points:

You have to pay vet direct then request reimbursement.

We waited months for our money back and had to send lots of letter/e-mails calls to the manager to eventually get it.

Dog had past away and I called them to cancel the insurance, they still tried to take money out for the following month.

Dog was ill for a long time before passing and vet couldn't work out what was wrong and tried lots of different test for things that it could have been, they charged us twice the policy excess because of this.
