They took six weeks to finally tell me that they would not pay any part of my claim - they said that they had not received the required records from my Vet even though they had been sent and failed to keep me properly in touch with what they were doing. I would have been better off putting the premiums into a savings account - as it is I feel that I have had to pay twice for my cat's treatment - once to the vet and once to E
