I would like to update a review I wrote a few weeks ago. I am pleased to confirm that Direct Line did pay out in full, after waiting around 8-9 weeks from submitting my paperwork. The animal hospital also arranged a direct claim (which I had to pay £30.00 plus £9.00 for every claim which was on going & related to the same claim. Therefore I can recommend this Insurer, other than fairly slow in paying out, we did get there in the end. The sad part is that I did have to have my dog put to sleep after just 10 weeks of treatment, however my vet fees up to this point totalled £3,000.
