Paid for insurance for eight years,went to make a claim 4 months went by after several phone calls they closed the case without me knowing.so I had to reopen it make the claim again also had to pay the vets again to send them a itemised bill which they say still isn't good enough .call centre is a joke nobody knows what's going still waiting 500 quid short six months later ???
