The vet I use only takes direct payment from one particular pet insurance company.so after paying out a rather large sum I was quite dismayed when I got an email from Argos saying that they were looking at my claim and I would hear within the next 5 to 10 working days . However the claim was settled within 3 days of them receiving the paper work . Impressed with their swift response. The main thing is Sid is fit and well . Good service well done Argos
