When I first got Argos dog insurance it was cheap (~£9). It went up bit by bit till it got to ~£40 a month. After that renewal, the quote doubled to ~£80, which is ridiculous. I have had my dog for 7 years and I have only claimed 3 times and this years renewal is £101 a month. It is a joke. One excuse for the high premiums was that his breed were prone to skin problems. My dog has not had a single skin problem.
