I cancelled my pet insurance policies over a year ago which was acknowledged by Argos. Last month I received renewal notices which I queried and was reassured by customer services that this was an oversight and that i would receive no more letters. Now I have just received two more letters from them citing direct debit changes to the non existant policies????
Is escape possible?
