I am in the same situation as Juleslil, I got my renewal premium through yesterday for my dog. She is also now 4 years old and has an ongoing lifelong condition with her eyes. My premium is more than double to previous years. I phoned Argos to say they must have made a mistake and was told that insurance premiums had gone up and that was that. I quoted back to them their letter to me that said they teamed up with RSA to keep insurance premiums down. i asked how that had worked for me then! They have us over a barrel, they know we can't leave because of the ongoing condition. this is robbery! I worked out that what they have done is basically added the eye treatment annual cost to my premium, so it's not really covered is it, I am just paying for it through them. Steer clear of Argos insurance is my advice
