I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team of professionals at Animals Friends.

At the beginning of the year my 5 year old GSD became lame in one of his front legs. Having attended my local vets they advised that he would need an x-Ray to see what the cause of the lameness was. I made contact with Animal Friends by telephone and spoke to a friendly and helpful adviser. I had never made a claim before and had been with the company for a number of years, so just wanted to see if x-Rays and the like we're covered by the policy......which they were.

Sadly the x-Ray revealed that my boy had elbow dysplacia and severe arthritis in both front legs and I took the decision to have him operated on to remove the dysplacia element of his condition. Animal Friends have been supportive throughout this time and have kept me informed of the progress of my direct claims via email. I received a letter this morning from them to confirm that they have just paid the last remaining bill for the operation.

In short I have received nothing but outstanding service from this company. I pay a pricey premium for my two GSD's but it has clearly been worth it for this level of service. I would recommend Animal Friends to anyone who wants ongoing support and advice during their time of need with a poorly pup. I'm happy to report that my lad is on the mend.
