The first claim was dealt with ok, although there could have been more information given to be over the phone when the claim was being processed. The guy was not at all helpful and very vauge. The second claim got lost in the post and instead of re-sending the claim by e-mail which is a secure and reliable way of sending this information, I was told this cannot be done and to re-send it by post, which didnt work in the first place and cost me by sending it recorded plus delayed the payment. My vets seemed to say all other pet insurers use e-mails by putting in claims. Why can't animal friends?

Ask your vet about Animal Friends Pawtal service. A direct payment facility to your vets which removes the need for claim forms.
