I had no trouble at first with this company even tho my vets advised to stay well clear as thier customers had had problems with them themselves.
Till I sent off my bill for £268 to put my dog to sleep and they sent me a total sum of £12.67....YES THE DECIMAL POINT IS IN TH RIGHT PLACE.
I had the top premium insurance with ghese people and expected better from them. I knew there was a £99 excess to pay but it was a kick in the teeth I felt.....it was not enough to buy another dog even if I had wanted to...I don't btw.....
I have my other dog and 3 cats insured with these also so I will now be taking my custom elsewhere...I wish I had saved my pennies in a jar under my pillow...I would have been better off.
