I recently put in a claim for the only dog I have insured with AF as she is just a pet. I do have 3 show dogs including 2 females who I occasionally have had a litter from. AF saw an advert for one of these litters and decided it was the girl I was claiming for her pyometra op and refused to pay out. Looking at their policy it is not well written so I presume that is in order to confuse the policy holder. I will be reporting them to the Insurance ombudsman also
