Moved from another company 3 years ago because having 2 dogs instead of one made insurance expensive.This company was reasonable and the fact that they help other animal charities was a plus point. Every claim I have had to argue about you have to chase them.They dont pay out they have lost a claim put in for £415 pounds.They dont open after 6 oclock so if you are at work you can not contact them.Now one of my pets have died and they will not pay anything towards the Euthesia injection and the cremation.Be warned this is the worst company I have dealt with, read the small print they dont cover hardley anything I Wish I had stayed with the other company!
